SHIPPING POLICY

We utilize USPS as our primary carrier.  We ship priority, as well as first class, because your package comes insured.  Standard shipping only applies to orders over $50. 

Orders will be processed in the order they are received.  Please note, processing times may be longer during or closely after major sales/holidays.  Due to Covid-19, once payment has been cleared, please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing and 3-5 business days for shipping.  Shipping can be affected by inclement weather, and/or COVID-19 delays.  Please make sure shipping address is correct.  Qween 71 LLC is not responsible for product(s) sent to the wrong address.  If you realized after placing the order the address is incorrect, please contact us ASAP.

Pre-orders will be processed in the order they were received.  Processing time will be 3-7 business days. 

 Standard shipping is 3-4 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

 

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.
